SPRINGER has been tested for safety, quality and functionality by the world renown, reliable testing laboratory of "TUV Rheinland" (Germany) and "The Norwegian Bureau for the Promotion of Traffic Safety" (affiliated with the same international association, "P.R.I."), and is both approved and recommended for biking with dogs.
